Fully computerized Universal Testing Machine, Hardness Testing Machine and Impact Testing Machine to ensure the mechanical properties.
The quality of the incoming material such as alloys and scraps are checked by Optical Emission Spectrometer Q4 TASMAN has 28 analytical Channel along with Nitrogen is used to ensure the chemical composition of the metal and cross checked by wet analysis method.
Magnetic Particle Testing is 100% performed on Carbon Steel Castings and Low Alloy Steel Castings to identify cracks, surface discontinuities and sand entrapment in the surface by Wet Method is practiced at Captain Technocast Ltd. Any specific method required by the customer also can fulfil. This testing is done by Captain Technocast Ltd.
Penetrant Testing is 100% performed on Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex and Nickel Alloy castings. Penetrant Testing is done to identify Cracks and surface defects. This testing is done by Captain Technocast Ltd.
Radiographic testing is done by approved vendors.
Ultrasonic testing is done by approved vendors
Well calibrated equipment are used by trained inspectors for evaluating the product.
All sample castings and random bulk castings are inspected as per dimension standard required by the customer. Any Dimensional variations are immediately reported to the pattern shop to make necessary correction. Dimensional inspection plays an important role in casting development for maintaining accuracy of the final product.
The final product is checked for visual and dimensional defects.
